Cape Town me surprend toujours.

afrique du sud - a day of sailing

one wednesday avie, we joined the sailing crew for a race. well, it was fesstive and we won! to celebrate, we sailed into the waterfron and admired the VOLVO race boats. then to join the lads in kalk bay for the surf video festival.

- road tripping

so there wasn't all that much going on that summer day in december...until...stone arrived and the road trip began!

-bla bla bla

singing carols isn't what one could consider "fun", however, singing carols @ kirtenbosche is something special, especially if its full moon and one of your carol members' song sheet keeps on catching alight! that is something worthwhile, my friends -

- durbs

what fun times meeting and re-meeting durbaners. and of course, we just had to stop off @ joe kools for a bevo - its a ritual, after all! one cannot dismiss the fact that we had our first golf day, where we actually 'played' golf! fun, although we weren't the fastest movers...perhaps, i'm just speaking for myself?!

seb's old humble abode

- west coast

the last week in sa was spent up the west coast...many a phenomenal meal was had, many a conversation around the fire and just plain fun times with family and friends . and what would a trip away be without an over-sized watie?!
if you're wondering about the advertising for 'kustom', its actually the stance for the "reigniting-fire-blowing" movement. by the way, it works. so if you can master the move whilst huffing and puffing, you're sure to ignite any fire!

a festive saturday avie spent @ strandloper
